I like them both but I'd have to say I like robots more. Sorry dinosaurs.

She's smaller than a T-Rex, that skull is a model. A T-Rex could probably fit Starstorm's head inside its mouth and she'd be gone. But she is fast and the fact her weapons would hurt the dinosaur pretty badly...As well as the fact she can fly. She got air superiority.
