I use "Paint Tool SAI" for my digital art. It's easy to use and you can
have customized brushes. You can also download some brushes like
calligraphy brushes if one wants to have an 'oriental' feel to their arts.
Some people can actually bounce between PS and SAI and combine the two.
But I stick with SAI since PS: CS6 is expensive to get, lol.
And thanks for the compliment, most of the "brushings" I do are without
a tablet, and just with a laptop touchpad. I'm currently saving for a tablet
but I'm bouncing back and forth between Traditional and Digital
and I combine the two into "Tradigital"...Draw it out Traditionally, then add
color and shading Digitally
A example of a Tradigital work I did is this: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/9106076/

You find it easy to use? I tried using Sai, but for some reason I just couldn't get the hang of it.
I think it's because I've been using photoshop for so long. I had no idea where to start. I never really gave it
the chance either though to be honest. I should of looked things up more.
I do like using PS though. I have a good amount of extra brushes and effects. : )
Switching sounds like hassle. Only because I tend to get stuck in. And I'd forget to switch or something silly... X'D
I'd say with that you're proving to be doing really well! : D
I have a Bamboo tablet. It's a 4th gen I think? The newest one I know that much.
Bamboo's aren't too expensive and they do last a long time. If you were to get one, I'd have to offer my advice on bamboos.
Affordable and reliable. : )
I like how you've got the traditional art going, both in style and in merging with digital art. : )[/color.

Thank you :)
I'm planning on getting a Bamboo Capture soon.
Looked up their price tag for their 'best' one, the Cintiq, (out of curiosity)
and I saw "990.00" and was like 0_0 "Well fawk." xD
Switching isn't much of a hassle...when I feel like I'm getting to into
one side, I pull myself out and push myself into the other, slowly.
It's all about what medium you're most comfortable with, how you can branch
out and improve, and gauging your artings as a whole.
Also, there is a benefit (despite popular belief) to not have your art
be "perfect" because it leaves room for more creativity and more ideas/imagination.
