I've actually had several ideas for Gryphons around the world swimming around in my head for quite some time (since I did my Mesoamerican gryphoness). I'd like to sit down and get some of them on paper.

This gal has osprey foreparts and Anubis hindquarters.

She was meant to be a one-time character for this picture but since I put as much love into designing one-shot characters as I do my own personal characters I figured it'd be a shame to let a pretty gal like this go to waste. Plus the holiday season is coming up and I'll take any financial help I can get for it. Therefore I'm auctioning off the character design so she can possibly go to someone who will appreciate her. If you like this character, she can be yours!

This is an auction!
That means you comment in replies to place bids.

- Opening bid starts at $10. Minimum bid increase is $1.
- Bids will be in reply to the comment that I write below. If you want to bid, do so as a response to the previous bidder. No notes, please.
- Winning bidder gets the high res, unwatermarked image of the character and a free conbadge.
- I've been calling her Akila (An Egyptian name that means 'intelligent'), but whomever buys her has the right to rename her.
- Winning bidder also gets full rights to the character. You can use her for whatever personal purpose you'd like as long as you give credit whenever she's used, don't claim that the design was done by you and don't resell the design. If you're planning on using the character for commercial use (i.e. selling over 100 copies of whatever using her for or what not), contact me first as other fees may apply.
- Payment is required 48 hours after the end of the auction. Paypal only. If you do not pay, then she will be re-offered to the next highest bidder.
- BID ONLY IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT PAYING! No bidding and then hiding your comment! This is unfair to myself and anyone else who is bidding so if I catch anyone doing this then you'll be blacklisted from all my future auctions.
- This auction has a buyout price. The buyout price is $100. Buying out the auction includes me mailing you the original sketch used to make this picture, a high quality signed print of the finished picture, a laminated copy of the badge, a concept sketch sheet of the character and a bonus ACEO of the character.
- Even if people have already bid, you can still choose the buyout option.
