9 hours NINE HOURS spent on just his arms.

Polyfill padded muscles with a soft fleece backing.
The foam on the dummy was to get the shape for the duct tape pattern... so first I carved muscles, then bagged the arm, then taped them, then cut the tape into a pattern and then traced the pattern on to the fur.
4 kinds of fur.
8 darts in each arm to get the rounded muscle shapes (3 more added to each arm in the tan area after the pic was taken)
Each piece hand sewn before being machine sewn.
this is only my 4th suit with arm muscles... I forgot how much of a pain they can be!
