If you're a buffalo sauce lover, youre gonna adore this recipe. Its cheap, its quick to make, and it feeds you for DAYS.
What you will need:
1 rotisserie chicken from your local supermarket or deli
1 bottle of Franks Red Hot Buffalo
1 box of Family Size Velveeta shells and cheese
1 aluminum cake pan
And your choice of breading OR some kind of shredded cheese to layer ontop.
HOW DO??
First things first, you shred the ever loving s**t out of the chicken. leave no peice of meat unshredded. place the mangled chicken shreds into a large bowl, dump the entire bottle of Franks red hot into the bowl and toss that s**t until ever peice of chicken is covered in sauce. set that aside to soak in its own deliciousness while you prepare the Mac and Cheese as normal
once you've made the mac and cheese, mix in the chicken. make sure to mix it well. layer the top in the breading or cheese of choice and bake in the oven at 375 degrees until the cheese is melted or the breading is crispy.
let it sit for 10 minutes, then proceed to stuff your face.
