It's late, originally meant for Thanksgiving, and it was finished as a special request for a user on FA.

It would be possible to paint over the text, I suppose, reconstructing what was under it, then do a new text over the art. But the file is only 200k, which is rather small for a full page, and far too small to do new work on it.
About the only other thing you could do is type out the text in full and post it either as "info" or as a word doc. That's assuming that you can read the text!
