:P now i wonder tho what is that gear from you dont often see a gear like that with a threaded inside ide almost guess a winch or part of a transmission maybe ?

I must have latched onto this at least 25 years ago. The best recollection is, it's from a machine that manufactured plastic grocery sacks. Don't remember what part of the machinery it was from. I thought it was a neat looking brass part.!!!
