Whoever Brings the Night
My name is Giovanni Magnus. My family have offered favours to the lesser fortunate and those most deserving of it for centuries, but we always ask that you return the favour in some way. If you owe the most grievous of favours and fail to repay them, on the event of your death, your soul will be taken and you shall serve me as an undead Wight until such a time when I deem you fit to pass on.
Allow me to introduce you to such condemned souls.
Far left
Name: Liliac the Forsaken
Home: The Eternal Forest
Bio: Liliac was born with crippled wings and deaf. Whilst her wings could be patched up with, her hearing impairment was harder to mend, however, I managed to patch her mind into being synathaesic, so she could see sounds. Training herself as a field medic and also being able to disarm traps or set up decoys, she was invaluable in the fight against the vampires in the Shadowlands. Her death was indeed a sorry one.
Cause of death: Broken neck whilst serving.

Name: Balaur the Feral
Home: The Battlefield
Bio: Balaur signed up to train alongside me after the Shadowlands war had been won and hoped to join the Ritual Cult. As a way of improving him, we patented a system that would enhance his strength, however it was specific so he could only activate it when the sword was in his talons. He was a noble ally, but he chose at the last moment to turn on me, believing he no longer needed me. He was quickly beaten and imprisoned in Daemon's Cage, one of the fiercest jails in Fur Affinity. He broke out some time later and fought in the Battlegrounds Tournament to win back his lost honour. He fought bravely, but I urged him to find a way to repay the favour before the final fight. In his refusal, he condemned himself, when the Champion he fought was me.
Cause of death: Laceration to the Chest.
Right
Name: Râs the Wicked
Home: Steampunk Citadel
Bio: Râs was blighted with an infection that damaged her hypothalamus, making it difficult to moderate her own body temperature, from a very young age. Forever in suffering of feeling ice cold all the time, she consulted the witches clan of the Shadowlands to help heal her, but instead I assisted her. I discovered Râs' affliction gave her an affinity for ice magic and I trained her in the ancient magic of my people. She served me well in the Shadowland wars, but suffered a terrible fate when captured by vampires.
Cause of death: Punctured jugular, followed by rapid freeze/steam torture.

Name: Diavol the Scorned
Home: The Deserts
Bio: Diavol is a smoke devil I met in the deserts when looking for new recruits. He was gifted with the ability to manipulate poison in a person's bloodstream and I saw some great use in that. He too fought in the Shadowlands war; being a demon, he was unaffected by a great of the vampire's arsenal. I gave him the favour of bringing out the best in his demonic heritage and he did repay me when he gave his life to protect me. Even with the favour repaid, I felt sorry for him, so restored him as an undead wight. Demons don't have an afterlife, so he considered this a bonus.
Cause of death: Scalding from a chemical explosion. Unlike the others, his mortal wounds healed after resurrection and he also retained more of his personality.
As for the handsome lycan in the centre. That's me!
