Did you really think I would never draw a picture of one of my favorite diapered cartoon characters ever? Meet Whopper, in case you don't know, is from the original Pound Puppies show from Cartoon Network. He was one of the first diapered cartoon characters to plant the seeds of my diapered cartoon fetish, along with Fantastic Max and Tuffy from Tom and Jerry. For a long duration, I forgot his name and the show he was from. After getting directTV I looked at these shows I've never seen and stumbled upon Pound Puppies again. I could have sworn though that he had almost all white fur and helped Feral dogs, not anthro ones. Oh well, I love him either way.
