what we need is a house so my mate can get a power chair (scooter) to get around with she qualifies for one but can only get one if whe are in a house, basically we need some one to help by co signing a loanwe found a couple of houses here fore $75,000 and a few that where less but can,t afford the down payments
You can get a three bedroom two bathroom house here that needs a little TLC for half that, and a small house for $15,000 to $20,000. What sort of down payment can you afford? What is your monthly income? Answer via PM. Housing is about half as expensive here, and a trailer hookup on a full lot is $120 to $140 plus utilities.
