Hey! I remember that arm! it used to make the perfect coffee for me: 50% Cream 30% sugar 10% flavoured syrup and 10% coffee

Yes it's very real, and it actually didn't cost me very much at all because I knew the girl who drew art for the tattoo guy and she pulled a "you owe me" on him X3
