Very, very nice lighting here. I'd suggest a bit of contrasting strokes on his collar and differentiating his feathery shoulder pieces from his uniform. The hair and fur of the character has some of those contrasting strokes to differentiate clumps, so it would just keep the general amount of detail throughout the foreground. Removing those brown stick things in the background would improve this a bit, I think. Without them there's no expectation of greater detail, because it just looks like grassy knolls.

This image deserves the most epic soundtrack to accompany it. The confidence in its construction speaks volumes!
