One of my first serious attempts at colored pencil shading. Loved it sooo much, but I had nowhere to keep it and kept fussing with it. So in the end, I said my goodbyes and sold it in auction at OklaCon 3.

Very good, Lightfoot. I especially like the way you did not over-do either this fellow's face or body, but established a harmonious balance between the two. I can admire his slim physique for the way that you have presented it, or I can look into that really handsome personable face. Heh, I could almost hear him speaking a “Howdy” with a Western twang.
