I wanted something different for breakfast so I threw this together. I'll make some changes to it in the future so this is really a v.1 of the dish. Really could have used shrimp chunks in it.
This dish is slow baked Swai with Ms.dash garlic herb blend, rosemary, thyme, cayenne pepper and a light layer of butter onto the fish while baking.
Ramen used:One shrimp ramen package
Serving:One person per ramen package
Changes to do: Add Broccoli stalks and some other vegetable not sure which kinds. Also to add shrimp chunks.
Price: $7 for two pounds of Swai, and this is like a fourth a pound per person or so. If you get shrimp it'll raise the cost by five or so, so this is about $7.50 tax included for basic and more like 14.50 with shrimp and vegetables. I'll update this in a few weeks with shrimp and veggies in it.
