Only knowing that it paled in concern to what was happening to her hands. No longer the soft and nimble appendages that she was frequent to seeing. Now they were rigid, and scaled, tipped with hard, black talons. It held her attention between a mix of horror and amazement. Rendering the woman oblivious to similar changes with her feet.
