Here, we see one of many fights Dr. Lillian Bowles a.k.a. the original Voltage Vixen had with the energy vampire Drain. While she recognized Drain as a serious threat, she also considered her a friend and worked to find a cure for her energy vampirism. She was close to a breakthrough when...tragedy struck (just another reason to hate Timothy Bordick).

The blue mini-jacket kinda confuses me but I may actually have that be a temporary addition to her costume.
