This is me with my mare Pepsi. The quality sucks cause its a snap shot from a video of today I got. Took me 2 1/2 hrs to train Pepsi to lay down on command =] So proud of her :')

There are a few different way's, I had a rope around her ankle not a harsh or hard rope, a soft flexible one and just slowly try to back her up not a lot of pressure and eventually they will go to a bow and a lot of treats haha. And then once they achieve bow slowly try to make them come down. :)

I've been working on getting my mare to bow, and I want to try to get her to lay down... but I am also kind of thinking I don't want her to learn how to lay down. :X If she ever figures out she can do it while she has a saddle on her back, I am going to be all " I have created a monster... "
