Casting the resin for my boyfriend's fox mask is finally done.

We had some trouble with the silicone mold and the plaster mother mold. We used Pinkysil silicone resin and it tears so much easier than Smooth-On silicone. I think it is not so good for 'brush on' type of things. Smooth-On's actual Brush-On silicone rubber is definitely much easier to use for this kind of thing.

We will be fixing up some areas with Apoxie Sculpt and also sanding other bits that aren't smooth.

Anyway the shape turned out good and we will be starting to put the fur on and the eyes in over the next couple of days.
