My fiance sent me a box with these random ingredients with a little note stating, "CHOPPED Challenge GO!"
The things in the box are:
Chunky peanut butter
Nilla wafers
White Oreos
A sweet potato
marshmallows
Almonds (I forgot to put them back in the box for the picture.)

For those of you who don't know "Chopped" is a cooking competition show on FoodNetwork. It's one of my favorites. Chefs are presented with a basket of random ingredients they have to use in a dish.

I already have an idea of what to make. Clearly a dessert. X)
