I sacrificed design back then for playing with staedtler pens until they dried out Myar.
As cute as they are, the comic storyline they were born unto involves a lot of explosions and big guns and naughty words and robotic Gods and nutsy shit. Because I thoroughly enjoy "unrealistically massive plasmic firepower technological fallout realities" et al paired with cutesy animal people.
It makes me glee.

What was it about 2003 that was so special that it made you draw so much? Was it because this was the time you were in SCAD? Was it some special art steroid meds that you had at the time, or a big place to live?

It was because it was my first full year in college after a lifetime of preparing to kick ass in Uni, and I hadn't found out what disappointments were in store / my hope had not yet been crushed *nodnods* .-.
Plus I wasn't at SCAD, but at Skidmore.edu at the time.
When it was #1 on the Princeton Review college guide list for 'reefer madness' schools.
The pot, it flowed freely like water @_@
I miss when 80% of my neighbhors or my RA would be offering to smoke me up
It just makes me function sooooooo well whut whut.
