Down To The Block

Got it stripped down to the block before it got too dark. Everything looks fine so far. Heads are clean and in great shape, so if it threw a rod, it didnt damage the heads. Lucky husky! Hopefully the block isn't too messed up!

lol usually the head gaskets go so hopefully its not bad

Head gaskets were done on this motor less than 5,000 miles ago. Bad head gaskets won't ruin the motor unless someone let it overheat too much. the car sounded like it ran out of oil. Even tho it had plenty. I have stripped it even more since. It was a bearing in the motor that let go.
