I saw a few pics of Chopper recently looking really cute with like a big puffy hat, and another where he was in some kind of cow hood, and even though i haven't gotten to read or watch as much "One Piece" as i wanted I decide to draw him.

heh see im really behind, i didn't know he got a new look, and lately i see pics and wonder "Why is Luffy's shirt orange and why dose he have a scar?" but I think i saw Chopper's new look when i was looking for refs, I thought it was just for a special or game or some thing, but i might give it a shot some time
