but what i am so guilty of, is caring to much. for however wounded and broken ive become, no matter how i wish i could abandon it, i have far to much compassion.
more often than not it gets me hurt.
i am so guilty of long lived loyalty and caring even at my own expense it kills me
i hide myself..the me that i show people up front is usualy a lie

This is very deep but also very nicely spoken. You can breath what they are speaking and feel what they are feeling it is quite deep stuff here. I do hope you feel better, just remember everything will be alright no matter what. I know this, so keep your head up high and stand tall ^,Y,^ you will prevail in the end over the situation that is ailing you. A pick me up would work well ^^
