A character I have actually yet to show anyone on here. This is my wandering swordsman character, Taizen. I can happily say I am actually proud of how he came out, and need to draw him more.

He's basically that no nonsense type of guy. :>

He's very adorable! The expression on the top-right is my favorite, I think...and I'd love to mess with his hair. XD
He actually just seems like he'd be fun to bother in general.

Thank you! Yes! I love his hair, too. I think that's probably the main thing I like about him. I like other things, too of course, but the hair is my favorite!

And he is! He gets all flustered and huffy and it's highly amusing.

Thanks! Anyway, It's this sword. As for his hair, I want to say it's just a style choice he wanted his hair in. I personally think it looks cool, but that's just me. XD

Ahh. That's a lot straighter than I expect from a katana, and the sheath is practically straight. That makes sense.

He looks fantastic. His hairstyle is such a large part of his look, and it flows so well with his face shape. The way you did the hair loopie thing (Sokka, why I can only remember your way of expressing things?) looks so unique and goes really well with his species. I think this the first great lion character designs I've seen that's not based on the typical simba-style. =)
