I really just needed another example pony for my pricing guide, so I made up a pony. It was decided through suggestions that with the blue wings, maybe s/he had a skill with snow or frost or cold... which sparked my idea of a "cloudy with a chance of snow" cutie mark! I also threw on blue shoes to balance the blue a bit more.
