New OC. Made for a school project where we had to make eight characters, then pick two to do side views and front views for, and four emotions each. The other one I picked was Twiggy (named for Twiggy Lawson, the model. I love her <3) who's um.. in a teal bunny hoodie, and has blond hair..I've got a blond hair'd boy fetish.

Dahmer's named for Jeffrey Dahmer because I was listening to Christmastime in Hell while I was drawing him..

He has freckles but you can't really see them because of the blush. I'll draw him again when I get home from school.
