It's a racial ability of the Black Dragons to be able to cast the "Corrupt Fluids" spell. It renders the fluids properties much less potent, or it can even neutralize it. I use it to reduce the acids on my saliva...if the partner is worthy or dear to me. Everyone else gets a very Salty Kiss!
"Corrupt Fluids" is used on magic potions, drinking water at sea, and even on blood, causing it to thin one's blood reserve and becoming ill from blood loss. A useful spell indeed.
