So, for anyone who knows me, you know that about a year ago on this date my life was going pretty spiffy. I was about to graduate, getting finished with my last essay for an insane teacher, and prepping for a final with same crazy professor. A few days later i was taking my grandmother to the doctor to try and prevent what ended up being the worst time of my life so far. In a matter of months my grandmother went from fully capable/healthy seeming older lady to deceased. Her husband my grandfather was a total jerk the whole time, and he passed away just before she did... It was horrible, and to top it off my wrist was hurting and I was not sleeping.

So, here I am, a year later, and I've had some therapy for the wrist, it's time to get back in the groove. So I found Lunarwolfie doing sketches yesterday for free and thought I could borrow their char and get a little practice to repay them for being so nice to others. ( I am a big believer in the pay it forward principal ) and try doing my eyes on SAI since I've always used Photoshop 7 before.

I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed with my own work, I wasn't expecting this good after a year without practice... ^_^

I should be open to do more of these after a redo of my commission information sheet and pricing scheme.
