i notice that your hatching technique changes many times in this picture,, most notably in the upper left pectoral(?) of the chest your hatching curves and comes back down when your pen goes to return for the next line, Might i recommend using a ruler or other straight edge tool toll your hand gets used to makign a single line,
Secondary to this,, i notice tat the mouth of the near-most head, blends to much with it's back ground, of the neck of the furthest head, beyond that,, the design is eye catching, my eyes are forced to move along in a kind of figure eight pattern to look at all the details,, form eh curve in the tail to the scaled in the left wing,
