She didn't have any brothers or sisters, friends, or even a doll, but the old badger who lived by the path liked tea, and he was an awfully good listener as he didn't really have much to say, himself.

Absolutely fantastic work, and eminently publishable. This is right up there with some of the best classic storybook illustrators, in my opinion. The amount of detail and time spent on the background and scenery are clearly apparent, and the expressions/interaction is simply priceless. Way to go!
Lovely background, the trees especially are quite nicely tree-ish. I like the child's rope swing. That's something not seen often. The bunny looks sweet and happy with her tea party guest. You gave her a pretty flower tiara and I like that dress. The badger really likes his tea. Looks like a badger too. Great picture and could even be a nice print to put on a kids room wall :)
