All those flight assignments and the occasional staged fight are hard work. Poor Falco gets home, strips out of his clothes, takes off those big boots and flops into a bean bag chair. Won't you go help him relax after a few days of hard work?



Oh man... this amazing commission is the work of  tokeki - and man, did he ever do an awesome job of it. ^_^ What's truly awesome about this pic is that instead of asking him for anything specific or even paw-related, I just said "Falco - do something with Falco, clean, yiffy - whatever you want." I wanted him to be able to do something fun he could get into, and wow... epic results!

What I really appreciate about this piece is how well thought out the line-art is for details on Falco's soles and toes. A lot of artists try to imply wrinkles in the skin or tension and such and just don't really get how it should realistically flex or look. Toki did an amazing job of that, especially considering this is just line art and flat colour. If I ever get some time, I might try to shade/colour this one.

TLDNR: Toki did an amazing job on a pose of his choosing for this piece - go give him some love! ^_^
