Sari Hallstead background:

Sari came from a fairly well off family(hence the Ducati Streetfighter she got for her 18th birthday) whom she stays on fairly good terms with despite friction over her life choice.

At age 19 Sari joined a motorcycling club known as the Patriot Guard Riders after they shielded the funeral of her uncle -a military servicemen- from extremist protesters. That eventually led to her current semi-nomadic lifestyle.

(side note: The Patriot Guard Riders are a real group that was formed for the exact purpose described above - and they do it peacefully and without squelching the protester's rights to Free Speech. Awesome group, read up on them some time)

Sari's goal is to help people in whatever way she can. It works well for her, as grateful people give her whatever they can to thank for her services, which she uses to fund her nomadic lifestyle. It's this goal and her insistence in living off whatever she can scrounge up doing so that's kept her in good standing with her family despite the friction. She always makes it a point to come home for the holidays.

Sari has made it a goal to find out what the hell caused so many people to suddenly sprout fur and tails, even though she has no idea where to start. This has resulted in a tendency to stick her nose into things she really shouldn't, leading her to get caught up in several major occurrences that will be covered in GDU.
