Well, it's only been a year since I submitted anything related to this character...starting to think he's just a holiday seasonal pokemon or something.

Nothing particularly special about the image, and rather lazy at that; again, it was done like a year ago. I just slapped on some color and decided to post it. :p

Still a close tie between him and another pokemon whom I'm considering making my more 'official' pokesona or whatever.
