Hmm. I would have the headphones coming out of the computer so that you know that the computer is getting good audio.

If the computer doesn't use ASIO or really if the audio play through has any lag at all then it can be really confusing to hear yourself with a delay, even a small one...

As long as you test before you start recording and you can see the waveform as it records you should be fine.


Also, what is this thing you "may or may not be doing"? :P

If it's only a couple ms, It should be fine. anything over 50 is annoying, but 20-30ms should be fine

Yeah... It will be quite a bit of delay. Even the delay in the XNB studio threw me off.

I guess I'm just weird like that. Delays don't really mess me up unless it's audio video sync issues.
