Full color gift/request for Marc The One http://www.furaffinity.net/user/marc-the-one/ with my Mewthree, Mewblade and his Mewthree, Melana Cortez (a Mewthree with an actual last name!) basically showing their brawn? Okay, why not.
Given the context it wasn't an image I knew would portray particularly well and there wasn't any sort of story behind it, so mostly turned it into a posing image with appropriate equalization of color and light/dark contrast, because it's what I do, because my brain loves color theory. Find this a bit dreadfully simple unfortunately and not sure what to do with it, or think of it. Work with what I got, so could be way worse. Still thankfully way easier to deal with than this one Mewthree that I probably will attempt to draw in the new year... She's so difficult.

Cloud layer. Screen and Dodged on one side, lots of Burn on the other. Next layer was a star layer and told it to be "Exclusion" which gets ironically purple on the left and cyan on the right, though I forget what the color of the stars actually were on the layer before doing it. Lame layering tricks. Sign of boredom.
