I'm trying to learn the "got a job with steady income" dance.

The first three steps are being white, male and heterosexual.

I can't seem to get that last one down.

The amount of anti-gay discrimination is so large and so heinous that it guarantees you will earn 20% less than a heterosexual over the course of a lifetime.

The only way to earn less money for the same work is to be a woman.

I am straight =P And I suppose it depends where abouts you live too. In the UK some companies (such as the BBC) would prefer it if you were gay :P
