Panting, I groaned as the stretching sensation seemed to run up the entire length of my back. Small pops and crackles filled the air and as I looked back over one shoulder I could see my torso gradually elongating. I gasped as I felt a sudden shift just below my ribcage and as I suddenly found the upper half of my back beginning to angle upward. Something wriggled under the tail of my shirt and I looked down with apprehension, a cry of fright escaping my lips as I saw what looked like a pair of paws emerging from what used to be my belly!
