I really like them, anyway... They get me all excited and silly! Unfortunately, sometimes they take over and I spend all of my time working on them rather than what I should be working on.. .... ... but on the whole, I think warm-ups are really important. When I'm pressed for time, I opt for just circles, squares, and squiggles. :)
