I'm terrible at those last 4 things even with myself. I at least say it was a good thing to express yourself in this way despite (probably) knowing most of what people will say is, "buck up, fella."

My philosophy of this moment is ride the roller-coaster through the ups and downs. See if letting darkness happen is less painful than struggling against it. Sometimes things pass quicker when you just let them.

I know for sure this advice doesn't make the rest of life nicer or easier, just something that plays out. Apparently, it deserves to be and was designed that way.

And I think we get to give a kick in the nuts to the responsible party once it's over with :p But only if you don't take "cuts" in the line waiting to take a turn at it.

Need to stop bottling everything up inside until you reach a breaking point. If something's bothering try talking it out with someone.
