Anyway,the wheels may look a little funky,but that's only because I wanted it to look like she was going really fast,so,I kind of slanted/squished the wheels. As for her wings,basically the same.

Quite clever work with lovable Scoots here. The fact you worked out a way to better show her going at high-speeds is quite impressive. Definitely goes beyond the simple, streaking black lines technique.
I think the coolest parts of your work here are the way her face, tail, and wings look. They definitely give a strong sense of "gunning it!" The wheels could perhaps have done better, but Scootaloo is the subject, not the scooter. :)
Points for giving her double protection in case she has an accident. Her head and tush will certainly be okay if a wayward obstacle should tip her off.
