IO is a Dragon God from "Dungeons and Dragons"

He is unfathomably large Concordant Dragon of YingYang. he is Neutral in Alignment.
He is super fat when he is Relaxing or doing nothing (Ying) and he is super muscular when working (Yang).
While fat he has royal purple soft skin with a soft underbelly of gilded gold.
While Muscular he has royal purple hard plated scales with a hard plated underbelly of gilded gold.
He has brass and gold hair with frills which run form his head to his spaded club tail.
His frills change color depending on mood.
He has long whiskers on his upper jaw that run all the way down to his hands.
There is silver edged all around his body with silver hair on his arms and legs.
He has 6 fingers and toes with deadly talons on each.
He is a magical being that be male or female heterosexual.
He has a small pair of wings that can grow to full size for flight.
