This drawing was inspired by a song I wrote some months ago. or a part of it. But it doesn't REALLY apply to the original idea I had, but, still.
"I am my own hierarchy,
I am my own king,
I am my own servant,
I am my own queen;
I rule this castle
with the people, and the dance
The dance of obscurity,
the dance of the dead"
Yea in this drawing, the girl in it is actually ME for once. I just don't wanna keeps saying that, cause yea. the thing sitting on the top of the chair is my old fursona.
Ugh. This took so long to color. I drew & outlined this in school... it took about 2 hours to do that. I got home and immediately started coloring it with my markers. When I finished, it was 8 o'clock and I had a fucking migraine from hell. So, that was about 5 hours for coloring. So i spent about 7 hours on this, the longest spent on a traditional piece of mine (in marker) that I can remember.
I used Prismacolor markers and Bic permanent markers, and a white pencil.
A lot of the perspective is messed up, but I couldn't fix it enough without getting frustrated.
Crits are appreciated & I like feedback too... and I prefer comments over fav's.
