Ladies and gentlemen, scrub your slider bars for the next tiny fragment of our hero/victims transformation.
The change spreads to cover his entire body, and though he may not of noticed, the shrink has started in earnest. (Btw, I know he's lost a pinkie from the last shot, ill be going back and fixing that for the final edit, sorry =O)
In lots of ways, I can't believe I'm doing this anim, its taking an insane amount of time but you lot have got me mad for it. I'm really really happy with how its turning out.
For the record, everything is hand animated, including the clothing. Masses of floating bones. Its pretty old school stuff.
By my estimation there'll be another two parts to finish the sequence, whereupon ill go back and edit everything together with sound.
By the way, would people like some kind of context for the transformation? Or should I keep it vauge so we can all use our imagination? =OP

Wowsers! I definitely got the sense that he was shrinking even before he started getting obviously shorter, but it wasn't until the fourth time through that I realized it was because his shirt was getting bigger. That was a great touch. More excellent work all around! I applaud you, despite my jealousy of the increasingly fuzzy subject.
Very very awesome. I will have to say that I'm very impressed with your amount of deication to these projects. You had to re-rig the hands and all that? I noticed he went from 4 fingers to 3. Your work is very toony yet realistic at the same time. If I could find a word to sum up your style it would be "awesome." This is the best transformation art I've ever seen. I'm not exaggerating.

If you're doing this for a school project, you're definitely in line for an A++!
I had to go back 3-4 times to catch all the wonderful detailing, the near-invisible gradualness of his TF. A million fantastic details, all blended together perfectly (I could go on like this all day) - like for instance, the way his nose TF is combined with the motion of him raising his head. Shirt growing huge (or so it seems) is spot-on too.
Context? How about he thought he was signing up to do the voice for a meerkat character, then discovers it was really for an on-camera part? THEY'RE NOT COMPUTER ANIMATIONS - THEY TURN PEOPLE INTO ANIMALS FOR ALL THOSE MOVIES! LISTEN TO ME - IT'S TRUE! What?-- No, don't tase me bro'! AAGGHHHH! ...

Outstanding, dude. Seriously, with your skills, you could take a career in animation...if you haven't already. This looks as smooth as something from Pixar.
Aaannnyyywwwaaayyy.....Er, I'm not sure if you caught my last comment, but when(or if) you do an ottsel TF, could you...please make it anatomically correct? Nothing dirty...what I have in mind could easlily get away with a mature mark...Nothing exposed, just a dog-like sheath or something? :3
