More beaks! That's all of them, those who ordered uncut beaks are ready to go (I'll email you individually about that shortly to confirm stuff) and those four of you who ordered them cut/sanded I'll be doing that in the next few days, too.
I originally planned to make a few extras but I'm running low on liquid plastic so perhaps another time, we'll see.

Just pigment! The plastic I use (Smooth-on 300, I buy it in gallon jugs these days) starts out clear but cures as white and you can buy all sorts of pigments in different colors. Sometimes people will cast the first layer or two in white and the subsequent ones with a little touch of pigment in there to help show what parts have an adequate layer of liquid plastic (you don't want any part much thicker or thinner than the rest and if you color it it'll get darker the thicker it is). This stuff goes from runny liquid clear to clear molasses in a heartbeat (and then finally turning white), so you've always got to be on the ball the entire time!
