Special Talent: Dev used to be a steed of the fallen angel, Lucifer. The head steed, as a matter of fact. However, after a traumatizing event, Dev is now attempting to leave his old life behind to find a new one, but with his appearance and his cutiemark, it's been hard.

He is not blind, his eyes are just extremely sensitive to sunlight (and light in general), hence the blindfold.
