I think the digitigrade paws look nice but they don't fit with clothing very well.

It can really be either, there's no real need for consistency with it so go with whichever is easier to draw and looks nicer in your opinion.

Hey, that's a right handsome outfit.

You can always fudge on the feet for the sake of the outfit, baggy-pants hide raised heels on digigrade feets, my general tactic where applicable. It looks good how you did it though!
