At this stage of the TF, you just gotta sit back and enjoy dat new tail, ears, and lizardy feets. Gotta get nice and comfy with the cool stuff before going full-lizard :3
( But to be honest, real me is not quite as thin as that. I suppose I can write it off as fat migrating to the tail? XD )
