I know if you searched 'Lola Bunny' on Google, those same images would come up somewhere. I try not to use someone's fanart for reference (because of something like this happening), but it's getting harder and harder to tell what's fanart and what's official/public domain.
I would consider the image you linked as infringing; it looks to me like it uses those images with little to no editing, and that's more or less against the rules.
