How did he get into this? How did he get into this? Oh, right. He got tricked into it by Kitana. Granted, the Lieutenant probably had good intentions, but at the same time, did she have to do it like this Captain Rico Sakara of the 29th Century Starfleet had allowed one of his best friends and most trusted officers to set him up on a blind date. He was informed that he'd be going out with a really cute girl this evening. What he hadn't caught was that it was really a cute girly boy. The blue two-tailed fox would groan out softly in a hint of annoyance before feeling a squeeze on his gloved hand.

He'd let out a slight sigh before looking up at the boy in question, a bunny-fox mix named Theodore who suddenly had a saddened expression on his face. "Rico..?", he'd start inquisitively, his own fluffy tail curling about his own feet. A reclusive sign as the boy seemed to feel a little awkwardly about their situation. "You're...you're not having fun, are you..?", he asked, guessing maybe this wasn't what Rico had wanted to do. Hearing this, the two-tailed vulpine couldn't help but bare even the slightest bit of red on his cheeks.

'Aw, geez. Now I feel bad...I normally wouldn't consider this, but I can't leave the kid like this. Aagh..!' This was turning bit by bit into a hassle, but all those negative thoughts weren't worth making someone upset on his own account. And it didn't help that he could hear his sister Rika, and Lieutenant Kitana freaking out in his ear over an intercom. He'd let out a sigh and put on a smile, squeezing Theodore's hand to reassure him.

"No, Theo. I actually am having fun. I just...I'm not used to the idea of blind dates is all. It's not you." The bunny-fox would tilt his eyes and give Rico a sort of sad puppy-dog look, big blue eyes "Are you sure...?" Though Rico probably didn't want to admit it, Theodore was actually kind of cute, despite being a really girly looking guy. "Y-yeah. I'm sure. Don't worry about it!" The hybrid would smile softly and giggle, nuzzling his cheek to Rico's own happily.

"Thanks, Rico. This is the best date I've ever had!" Rico would smile, happy that his 'date' was happy, but otherwise, still a little bummed, and annoyed with the scenario Kitana had given him. 'I swear I'm going to kill Kitana when I get back'
