After a few days of working on this I finally got the line-art inked and cleaned. Most of that time was trying to decide on the feathers he has but I'm happy with the result and now i have a basis to eventually make a ref sheet for this guy.

There are proportion issues still I need to work on and dear goodness look at that left hand of his. Just... wow thats bad, but i wanted to get this on paper and actually "finished" so i can move forwards and work to improve in further pieces of art.

The legs look short because they were to extend past the tail but my current level of ability to draw digit-grade legs is almost nonexistent at the moment.

I also will get around to coloring this but I'd rather have a wacom tablet to help as my last one showed me that it was rather quick to make changes and felt more natural than using the mouse [which i had to use to clean this up and it took forever D:]

Hopefully with the colors the two sets of horns will be a bit more distinctive with that feather that was going between them showing the point at which they are seperate. Also yeah, those fin looking things on the head, back and along the arm are supposed to be feathers heh. I have horns feathers and fur... all jammed into one little critter.
